Oh yes! Thought i'd kick this off given the fact that I do also love my music to really rock! I wanna know peoples thoughts on everything:
What's new in the rock world that's cool,
What direction does anyone think Metallica will take, post St. Anger?
Why was Puddle Of Mudds' last album not a patch on Come Clean?
What's Zakk Wylde's problem with Limp Bizkit?
Where's Zack De La Rocha these days?
..... plus anything else! These'll do for starters! I know our band may not attract the fans of this sort of stuff, but who knows... i'm here!

I'm currently listening to 2 great bands that play awesome Heavy Metal/Rock with tinges of an operatic feel to their music.
Cloudscape - S/T Masterplan - Aeronautics

Does anyone really care anymore!!...only kidding
I'd like them to go back to basics, maybe along the lines of 'Kill 'Em All',or 'Ride The Lightning'...which in my humble opinion are their best 2 albums by far.

Good point! Those "pointer" questions just happened to be the first things that came to mind but it's nice to get peoples views.. Ride The Lightning and Puppets for me!

Ahh, that one crops up again! Masterplan, that is. I've read a lot about this one (all good) but not managed to hear it yet, think I may have to take the plunge and get it!

Yep! He still rocks though! Want to get to JB's to catch him play.....wish he'd get a singer for BLS and concentrate on doing what he does best!

When I was working security backstage in Pops, Sauget, Il, Mr Wylde did a show with BLS and trashed the green room. Smashed all the picture frames with signed promo pics of bands that had played there and wrote stuff on alot of them.
We had to have him removed. Great guitarist, but a moron!
I think Metallica will either go old school or do the same again - just to prove it's what they wanted to do.
